TASTING NOTES:
Silky and sweet on the palate, reflecting the aromatic complexity. Flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, mint, and fruit unfold smoothly. The gold flakes are purely decorative and do not affect the flavor. Notable for its long, graceful finish. Best enjoyed after resting in the glass for 15 minutes.

Our process honors time-honored methods: slow-cooking the agave to reveal its natural honeyed essence, carefully distilling to preserve its purity, and — in the case of our aged tequilas — resting in select American oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
